The Life We Bury is the debut novel by Eskens and follows the story of Joe Talbert, a college student who is tasked with writing a biography for his English class. This one came to me from my mom, who picked it up at the library because it sounded interesting. I think it’s interesting how we discover new titles and authors. I actually read so much on the plane that I barely knit, so I felt I needed to share why this book is worth adding to your list.
